1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the VoiceFlow website (voiceflow.synccy.com) and the VoiceFlow macOS and iOS applications (the "Service"), provided by VoiceFlow / Invictus Media ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the apps on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms.

The website content, brand marks, and design are our property and are licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not scrape, frame, or redistribute the content without written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any law or third-party right;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code, except where local law expressly permits;
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or our infrastructure;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

App purchases (free tier, Pro subscription, lifetime license) are billed by Apple via the App Store under Apple's standard terms. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.

5. Third-party engines

When you opt in to a cloud transcription engine (ElevenLabs) or AI enhancement (Anthropic Claude) using your own API key, your use of those services is governed by the respective provider's terms. We are not a party to that agreement and not responsible for those providers' availability, pricing, or data handling.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that transcription will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (license restrictions, no warranty, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.

9. Privacy

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, save for any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material changes will be surfaced in the site footer for at least 30 days. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
